Rules & Resolution
  • This market resolves to "Yes" if the total value of property sales registered in Dubai in October 2026 (1 to 31 October), as published by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), is more than AED 29.66 billion. It resolves to "No" if it is AED 29.66 billion or less. AED 29.66 billion is the September 2026 sales value the DLD published on 1 October 2026. It stays fixed for this market even if the DLD later revises September.
  • "Sales" means what the DLD reports as sales transactions: ready and off-plan sales of units, villas, land and buildings in the Emirate of Dubai. Mortgages, gifts, leases and other procedures do not count. Nor does the DLD's "total transactions" figure, which includes them. Figures that brokers, data firms or property portals compile themselves from DLD data do not count.
  • If the DLD publishes a figure for October alone, that figure is used. If it publishes only a year-to-date total, October's value is the January–October sales total minus the January–September total stated in the same release. If that release does not state a January–September total, the AED 379.40 billion published on 1 October 2026 is used instead. The first published figure is final, and later revisions are ignored.
  • If the DLD has not published an October 2026 sales figure by 31 December 2026, this market resolves to "No".
