Rules & Resolution
- This market resolves to "Yes" if Min Aung Hlaing attends in person at least one leaders' session of the 49th ASEAN Summit, held in the Philippines and scheduled for 16–18 November 2026. Leaders' sessions include the plenary, the retreat, and the ASEAN Plus One, ASEAN Plus Three and East Asia Summit leaders' meetings held as part of it. It counts whatever title he holds at the time.
- The following do not count: Attendance by video, Being invited but not attending, Attendance by any other Myanmar official, Meetings with ASEAN leaders outside the summit.
- If the summit is postponed, the rescheduled summit counts if it is held by 31 December 2026. If it is not held by then, or he does not attend, this market resolves to "No".
