Top events by 24-hour volume across all event types. Returns a discriminated card union — switch on type to render.

Home pin surfaces GET

All CMS-defined pin surfaces in admin order, each with its active pinned events serialized exactly like the events listing (EventListItem). event_count is the pre-cap total per surface.
