Per-root sidebar
GET
/api/v1/nav/sidebar/{root_slug}Sidebar tree for a category root — sections at the top level, items (category or sentinel) beneath, with child arrays for curated categories. When no editorial sidebar is configured, returns a minimal "All" link with fallback=true.
