Rules & Resolution
- This market resolves to "Yes" if Thailand's Cabinet approves a resolution to terminate, revoke or withdraw from the "Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia on the Survey and Demarcation of Land Boundary", signed on 14 June 2000 (known as MOU 43 or MOU 2543). The decision must be announced by the Thai Government (the Government Spokesperson, thaigov.go.th) or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- The Cabinet decision is enough. Formal notification to Cambodia, publication in the Royal Gazette and Cambodia's acceptance are not required. A new agreement that expressly replaces or ends the 2000 agreement also counts.
- The following do not count: Senate or House motions, committee reports or recommendations, Statements of intent by the Prime Minister or ministers, Announcing or holding a referendum, unless the Cabinet then approves termination by the deadline, Suspending, freezing or slowing talks under the agreement, A court ruling, unless the Cabinet then approves termination.
- Otherwise, this market resolves to "No".
